The English football club, Wolverhampton Wanderers have announced a new partnership with MatchWornShirt, a global leader in the sports memorabilia market.

MatchWornShirt is a global company known for connecting football fans closer to the game by allowing them to purchase match-worn and autographed jerseys of their favourite players.

Wolves’ match-worn and autographed jerseys will be available for all remaining home and away matches in the 2024-25 season, beginning with Saturday’s encounter against Fulham FC at Craven Cottage. Additionally, squad-signed jerseys will be auctioned on a monthly basis.

To commemorate this new partnership, Wolves’ match-worn and autographed jerseys from last month’s away tie against Brighton & Hove Albion are now available.

Every match-worn and autographed Wolves jersey listed for auction on the MatchWornShirt website will be equipped with Fabricks, a digital verification system that ensures and preserves the shirt’s authenticity. With this, Wolves have joined 300 other global partners in working with MatchWornShirt to make match-worn and autographed shirts accessible globally, direct off the pitch.

Russell Jones, Wolves’ General Manager, Marketing and Commercial Growth, said, “We are delighted to welcome MatchWornShirt to the club as our official digital auction partner. We know that there is huge demand among Wolves fans for authentic worn and signed shirts and, through this partnership, shirts will be available from every single game, giving more fans around the world chance to own a unique piece of history.”

James Flude, Head of Business Development, MatchWornShirt, said, “We’re incredibly proud to have extended and enhanced our partnership with Wolves, providing their fantastic fanbase with a unique chance to own one-of-a-kind memorabilia from their favourite players and games. This is another significant milestone for our business, as Wolves become the sixth Premier League partner that we are working alongside to bring match-worn shirts to fans from every single fixture.
