Whiteleaf Talent Management (WLT), a leader in sports management, has onboarded Gongadi Trisha, Parunika Sisodia, Gurjapneet Singh, and Andre Siddarth to the extraordinary talent portfolio.
WLT is a talent management organisation dedicated to developing and promoting emerging talent both on and off the pitch. With a team of experienced and devoted experts, the brand tries to give its athletes unrivalled support and possibilities for growth.
Andre Siddarth is an 18-year-old from Tamil Nadu who has exceptional batting ability. His outstanding scores of 94 against Assam, 66, and 55 in the Ranji Trophy 2024–25 served as evidence of this. By playing several vital innings, including 140 against Bihar and 120 against Chandigarh, he has already established himself and helped Tamil Nadu get out of difficult circumstances during the Cooch Behar Trophy.
With nine wickets, including two in the final, Parunika Sisodia, a 19-year-old left-arm orthodox spinner who plays for Delhi in the domestic league, was instrumental in India’s victory in the first-ever ACC Women’s U-19 Asia Cup. She also showed her abilities in domestic cricket last year when she led the North Zone in the Senior Women’s T20 Trophy and Senior Women’s Inter-Zonal T20 Trophy. In the Senior Women’s T20 Trophy match against Rajasthan, she claimed four wickets for only nine runs.
Gurjapneet Singh, a 26-year-old potential left-arm seamer from Punjab who spent time in Haryana before moving to Tamil Nadu to pursue his goal, can swing the ball while maintaining accuracy. He has swiftly climbed in domestic cricket, recording a fantastic 6/22 on his Ranji debut, the best by a Tamil Nadu fast bowler in a home match since 2005-06. Gurjapneet’s constant ability to bowl with accuracy in both the powerplay and death overs earned him a position in CSK’s IPL 2025 squad.
Gongadi Trisha, a 19-year-old outstanding all-rounder from Hyderabad, consistently scored 159 runs in 5 innings with an average of 53. In the first ACC Women’s U-19 Asia Cup, she scored 52 runs and was named Player of the Match to assist Team India win. She was the leading run-scorer and Player of the Tournament in the ACC Women’s U-19 Asia Cup and won the ICC Women’s U-19 T20 World Cup 2023.
All the talents are a huge benefit to the company given their great abilities and everlasting passion for their careers. The athletes will benefit from the company’s smart brand management and easy access to a large network of business specialists. Working closely with the talents, WLT strives to maintain its presence alive, whether on social media or in the brand market. By developing their abilities, connecting them to the proper opportunities, and amplifying their voices, the brand is creating a community of rising stars who are not just successful at such a young age, but also socially conscientious.
At Whiteleaf Talent Management, the four names have become a part of an elite group of cricketers that also includes Rajvardhan Hangargekar, Washington Sundar, Sai Sudharsan, Murugan Ashwin, Titas Sadhu, and Aarya Desai.
