VfL Wolfsburg, the Bundesliga team, have announced a pact with Buxtrade, the German nutritional supplement.
The arrangement has enabled valuable sponsorship inventory on LED pitchside hoardings at the German top-flight team’s home stadium, Volkswagen Arena, to the entity throughout the 2024-25 season. This new agreement has marked Buxtrade’s maiden venture in the Bundesliga.
Michael Meeske, Wolfsburg Managing Director, has commented, “Buxtrade’s high-quality products ideally complement our range and we look forward to bringing this collaboration to life.”
Commenting on the deal, Buxtrade Managing Director Julian Meyer said, “We at Buxtrade are happy to now have a partner club in the Bundesliga and hope that this commitment will give us even more reach and contacts.
“We are also pleased to be able to actively use the network and continue to test our products in professional sport.”
Buxtrade, founded in 2014, has a firm experience in sports sponsorship, as before this the entity shook hands with lower-division football clubs. In the previous season, the German company signed associations with SV Hamburger and Greuther Furth.
On the field, the team has acquired the 14th spot on the Bundesliga table with two victories. Wolfsburg next plays on Sunday against 1. FC Heidenheim.
