IndianOil Ultimate Table Tennis (UTT), the professional table tennis league in India, has developed a new three-year partnership with India’s leading sports broadcaster, JioStar.

JioStar, UTT’s official broadcast & streaming partner, will exclusively provide live, multilingual coverage across TV and digital platforms until 2027, ensuring that fans throughout the country can feel the excitement of outstanding table tennis like never before.

Powered by JioStar’s wide broadcast network, IndianOil UTT season 6 will be seen by fans throughout the nation via an exciting array of television and digital channels. Live coverage begins on Star Sports 2 (opening day), Star Sports Khel, and Star Sports Tamil. Fans can catch the fast-paced action on JioHotstar in English, Hindi, and Tamil.

This collaboration aims to shape the future of Indian table tennis rather than merely increase viewership. Rising talents Diya Chitale, Payas Jain, Ankur Bhattacharjee, and Yashaswini Ghorpade will compete with Olympians Aruna Quadri, Alvaro Robles, Bernadette Szocs, and Adriana Diaz, as well as Chinese athlete Fan Siqi. India’s elite, Manika Batra, Sathiyan Gnanasekaran, Harmeet Desai, and Sreeja Akula, round out a fascinating roster that offers both world-class action and inspiration.

IndianOil UTT, organised by the Table Tennis Federation of India (TTFI) and promoted by Niraj Bajaj and Vita Dani, has quickly become one of the most sought-after worldwide sporting properties in table tennis. In 2024, the league had 20 million viewers across TV and OTT, a 1.3x increase over the previous year. With this multi-year agreement in place, the league is well-positioned to capitalise on its momentum and propel Indian table tennis into the next phase of expansion.

IndianOil UTT Co-promoters Vita Dani and Niraj Bajaj, said, “Over the past few years, Indian table tennis has made meaningful strides, and IndianOil UTT’s mission has been to accelerate that progress by providing a world-class platform for homegrown talent. Our partnership with JioStar for the next three seasons will help us deepen that impact by reaching more households, engaging new audiences, and laying a stronger foundation for the next generation of Indian table tennis stars.”

In the lead-up to season 6, IndianOil UTT and JioStar will begin the momentum on May 12, offering fans a firsthand glimpse at clubs and players before the league begins. With JioHotstar and Star Sports, the run-up to season 6 is set to reach consumers on a scale to match the league’s growing goals.

IndianOil UTT season 6 will feature 48 top-tier paddlers from eight franchises: Ahmedabad SG Pipers, Chennai Lions, Dabang Delhi TTC, Dempo Goa Challengers TT, Jaipur Patriots, Kolkata ThunderBlades, PBG Pune Jaguars, and U Mumba TT. The Harmeet Desai-led Dempo Goa Challengers are the incumbent two-time winners, and they hope to become the first team to win three titles.
