UFC appoints Stake.com as betting partner in Brazil

This partnership is built upon the previous association held by both parties in 2021.

The prominent MMA league, Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has extended its association with the global betting brand, Stake.com. Through this expansion, UFC appointed the cryptocurrency gaming platform as its official betting partner in Brazil for the first time.

In this agreement, Stake.com will experience several brand inclusions in the UFC assets. These integrations include brand reflection inside UFC’s Octagon during selected major events each year and presenting sponsorship at UFC’s Pay-Per-View event held in Brazil. Both the entities will also collaborate to deliver exclusive VIP experiences to the fans while distributing original content through the fighting league’s social media and digital platforms.

This agreement would also promote an annual Brand Ambassador fund that will provide paid marketing opportunities to the UFC contenders.

Mladen Vuckovic, the CEO at Stake.com, commented on this expansion and said, “We’re more than pleased to renew our partnership with UFC for 2022 after a huge 2021. Our relationship with UFC is only getting stronger, and we cannot wait to welcome UFC fans from all around the world onto our platform. Our current player base relished the partnership, making the most of VIP experiences and exclusive content to bring them an experience with one of the biggest sporting organisations in the world. This is something they cannot find anywhere else.”

UFC’s Vice President of Global Partnerships, Nick Smith, also gave his insights on this association and said, “Stake.com has been a great partner this past year, and we’re thrilled to continue the relationship. With sports betting becoming more widely accessible, we have added Brazil, a very important emerging gaming market, to a far-reaching collaboration that already included key regions within Latin America and Asia. We look forward to working with Stake.com to continue to offer a unique way for fans to experience the action and excitement of UFC through Stake.com’s innovative and emerging gaming platform.”

This partnership is built upon the previous association held by both the parties in 2021 wherein UFC announced Stake.com as its first-ever betting partner in Latin America and Asia excluding Brazil.

UFC recently also landed a partnership with Discovery and launched its first NFT collection with Dapper Labs.
