UEFA onboards WIESENHOF as national partner of Women’s EURO 2025

UEFA Women's EURO 2025 will be played between July 2 and 27, and WIESENHOF will sponsor it for the first time.

The European football governing body, the Union of European Football Association (UEFA) has unveiled a pact with the Germany-based poultry producer, WIESENHOF.

According to the association, UEFA has named the German company the official national partner of the UEFA Women’s EURO 2025. The competition will be played between July 2 and 27, and WIESENHOF will sponsor it for the first time.

The entity’s branding will be highlighted on the LED parameter boards, media backdrops and press conferences at fixtures.

Guy-Laurent Epstein, UEFA Marketing director, said, “We are thrilled to welcome WIESENHOF back to the UEFA commercial family following our successful partnership during UEFA EURO 2024. Our previous collaboration demonstrated the impressive power and reach of WIESENHOF’s distribution network, as well as their commitment to bringing their sponsorship to life through engaging promotional campaigns. This renewed partnership will offer countless fans the opportunity to win unforgettable experiences at UEFA Women’s EURO 2025, further enhancing the connection between the tournament and its supporters.”

Dr Ingo Stryck, Head of Marketing at the PHW Group, said, “The response to our first partnership with UEFA was overwhelming. We enabled more than 1,000 sports-loving fans to attend the European Football Championship in Germany by winning tickets in prize draws. A unique experience that will be remembered. The feedback from our retail partners was also extremely positive, as we generated a great deal of interest at the point of sale. We now want to build on this success by sponsoring UEFA Women’s EURO 2025. This is the next logical step for us, as our partner, the DFB women, have already qualified for the European Championship. We will use the resulting synergies in a targeted manner to create unique experiences with our WIESENHOF, BRUZZZLER and GREEN LEGEND brands.”

The company owned by PHW Group, Wiesenhof, was also a national partner of the men’s EUROS, which were held earlier this year in June and July in Germany. The company has joined Miele Switzerland, Swissquote and Swisscom as national partners for the multi-team tournament.

The forthcoming edition of the EUROS will be hosted in eight cities across Switzerland and the group stage draw will take place on December 16 in Laussane, Switzerland.
