The Premier League (PL) club, Tottenham Hotspur FC have developed a three-year strategic partnership with Ant International, a digital payment and financial technology leader.
Ant International, along with its operating brands Alipay+, Antom, and WorldFirst, will be Tottenham Hotspur’s exclusive global payment solutions and digital wallet partner. Along with this, Alipay+ has become the first official training wear sleeve partner for both the men’s and women’s teams.
The team will collaborate with Ant International, via its digital technology solutions brand Alipay+ and merchant payment services brand Antom, in order to offer an effortless payment experience for fans at the stadium and on e-commerce platforms, utilising payment methods which are quite popular in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
Ant International will also assist the club with activations to expand and engage the club’s audience in the APAC area through its partner digital payment applications, including Alipay. Ant International has substantial experience growing digital engagement through football, having sponsored the UEFA Euro 2020 and 2024 championships.
