Manchester City FC and Belgian midfielder, Kevin De Bruyne has been named as the newest athlete of Therabody. The player had earlier invested in the company this year in February. The wellness brand revealed this through a YouTube video that featured Kevin De Bruyne.
The association sees the midfielder utilise Therabody’s recovery product, Theragun, which Kevin De Bruyne used before and after his vigorous training to accelerate his recovery and stay fit throughout the season.
Earlier this year in February, Manchester City itself became a partner of Therabody, which is labelled as the brand’s first Premier League collaboration. Following this association, the club uses the wellness brand’s products to optimise further warm-up and recovery strategies.
The business currently continues to aim in expanding its presence internationally following which it has roped in quite a number of ambassadors.
The list includes Cristiano Ronaldo, Paris Saint-Germain, Arsenal, Real Madrid, and many more. While they roped in the Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku back in May, as the forward claimed he was a long time user of Therabody’s product especially, Theragun.
Following that partnership, the striker incorporated additional solutions and educational material from the brand, which he implemented in his training and recovering regimen, such as the RecoveryAir, and PowerDot products.
