The Hundred lands renewal with Vitality

The partnership renewal will prolong Vitality's relationship with the competition as the official wellness partner.

The Hundred, the professional 100-ball cricket league, has landed an extension of its collaboration with the UK-based insurance company, Vitality. With the development, Vitality will become The Hundred’s back of shirt and training wear partner.

The partnership renewal will prolong Vitality’s relationship with the competition as the official wellness partner and the title partner for the ‘wildcard’ pick to define final places in all eight men’s teams of the league.

Vitality and the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) have been collaborators since 2013, following this extension, the brand will continue to be the title partner of the T20Is and Blast competitions for both genders.

Speaking on the extension, Neville Koopowitz, Chief Executive of Vitality, said, “With the start of The Hundred rapidly approaching, we’re delighted to be able to announce this extension to our partnership.

“Inspiring people to try a new sport and take steps to become more active is at the very centre of everything we do at Vitality.

“With The Hundred being such a exciting game and format, it is already drawing an entire new group of fans to the sport which we know first-hand will in turn inspire many more people to take up and participate in the game, right from grassroots, to local club level and beyond.”

Rob Calder, Commercial Director of The Hundred, said, “Vitality has built a strong relationship with cricket and we are pleased to extend our partnership ahead of the second year of The Hundred, as our first back of shirt and training wear sponsor.

“We look forward to working with them throughout this year’s competition and into the future.”
