The A-League outfit, Sydney FC have announced a partnership with Acronis and Hyperix, to increase cyber protection and represent Acronis’ first Australian football cooperation.
This collaboration, which was established with Hyperix, a company renowned for its trustworthy, safe, and affordable managed services, is Acronis’ second sports agreement in Australia and its first football partnership in the country.

As Sydney FC’s official cyber protection partner, Hyperix will improve the club’s cybersecurity posture with Acronis technology. This involves deploying Acronis sophisticated security packs such as Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) to provide robust protection against cyber attacks.
Sydney FC will be outfitted with cutting-edge security technologies to ensure the safety and reliability of its data and operations. Hyperix, a managed services provider (MSP) located in Queensland, Victoria, and New South Wales, was formed in 2019 and will supervise the club’s security services.

The collaboration also provides major branding possibilities for Acronis and Hyperix, including co-naming rights to key Sydney FC assets, the Sydney FC Business Club, and the ‘Sky Blue Lounge’ match day corporate hospitality at the Allianz Stadium.
The deal also includes unique networking events and acknowledgement of the A-League Men’s and Women’s coaches’ polo collars. This strategy assures significant awareness and strengthens the partnership between Sydney FC, Acronis, and Hyperix.
