Swimming Australia has announced a new partnership with a global leader in digital transformation, consulting, and business re-engineering technologies and services, Tech Mahindra.

As the official technology partner, Tech Mahindra will provide technical assistance to Australia’s leading Olympic and Paralympic sport, which would include superior efficiency, involvement, fan engagement, and management.

Tech Mahindra is a worldwide leader in utilising next-generation innovations to provide inventive and customer-centric online experiences. The company has its foothold in 90 countries and over 1279 global customers.

Tech Mahindra is capitalising in Australia in digital and data functionality in order to provide a comprehensive technology suite and improve customer experience. This collaboration will help Tech Mahindra solidify its position in the region, as the company plans to boost clustering and industry-leading economic expansion in the ANZ marketplace.

The competence of Tech Mahindra, combined with Swimming Australia’s urge to be data-driven, will provide coaches and athletes with sports knowledge and insight ahead of the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris. Sportspersons will be able to use cutting-edge methods and advanced platform services to enhance their gameplay and provide an engaging fan experience.

As part of this joint effort, Tech Mahindra and Swimming Australia will remain focused on the user experience while building the infrastructure to expand the website’s advanced technological footprint. Swimming Australia’s team will benefit from Tech Mahindra’s next-generation digital engagement platform, which will enable them to deliver hyper-personalized data-driven fan experiences by harnessing cutting-edge innovations such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Augmented Reality (AR), and Virtual Reality (VR), among others.
