The competition, which will be held at Gachibowli Stadium in Hyderabad from June 16 to June 28, 2026, will feature the country’s best rugby players in a fast-paced, high-intensity style.
As part of this agreement, Stupa will use its advanced, operator-led video review to assist match officials and medical staff during the event. The system combines multi-angle camera feeds with frame-by-frame replay, slow-motion analysis, and zoom capabilities (as seen in broadcast feeds), allowing for faster, more accurate on-field decision-making. Furthermore, Stupa’s real-time clipping and replay technology ensures that significant situations are analysed immediately, with decisive clips given in two minutes.
This collaboration is a key step for Stupa Sports as it grows its roots in racquet sports like table tennis and badminton and into the vibrant world of rugby.
