Star Sports onboards renowned brands as broadcast sponsors for Asia Cup 2022

Earlier this week, DP World emerged as the title sponsor of Asia Cup 2022.

The highly anticipated Asia Cup 2022 is just around the corner and the official broadcaster, Star Sports has gathered several brands as broadcast sponsors.

Dream11, LIC, Samsung Galaxy, Rajshree Pan Masala and Thums Up have been onboarded as sponsors by Star Sports for the on-air LIVE broadcast of the prestigious Asian cricket competition.

Earlier this week, DP World emerged as the title sponsor of Asia Cup 2022.

The cricket competition will make its comeback after four years, this time it will be played in the T20 format. The upcoming edition of the Asian supremacy will be played between August 27-September 11, 2022.

India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Afghanistan were the confirmed five teams while Hong Kong became the latest addition following the Qualifiers.

The first game will be played between Sri Lanka and Afghanistan at the Dubai International Stadium at 7:30 PM IST. The highlight of the competition, which has also lured the brands to associate with the broadcaster, India vs Pakistan will take place on Sunday, August 28 at 7:30 PM IST.

Asia Cup 2022 was originally scheduled to take place in Sri Lanka but was later shifted to the UAE.
