Tottenham Hotspur have named Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as their official digital transformation partner in a move that underlines the growing role of technology in shaping the future of fan engagement and club operations.

The multi-year agreement will see the Indian IT services giant work alongside Spurs to enhance the club’s digital ecosystem, leveraging artificial intelligence, data analytics and cloud technologies to create more personalised experiences for supporters around the world.

The partnership is designed to support Tottenham’s ambition of becoming one of the most digitally advanced sports organisations globally, with a focus on strengthening fan interactions across its digital platforms while improving operational efficiencies behind the scenes.

Ryan Norys, Chief Revenue Officer at Tottenham Hotspur, said, “Our ongoing digital transformation at Spurs underpins our wider aims to deepen fan engagement and enhance user experiences across our growing range of digital touchpoints. We are delighted to be able to take a true industry leader in TCS on this exciting journey with us – their expertise in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects with some of the world’s biggest brands will be invaluable to us moving forward.”

Girish Ramachandran, President, TCS Growth Markets, added, “We are delighted to partner with Tottenham Hotspur, a club with a rich legacy and a strong global fan following. This collaboration brings together their ambition to enhance fan experiences with TCS’ capabilities in building secure, scalable digital platforms. By combining data, technology, and design, we aim to help the Club deepen engagement with fans, create more connected and intuitive digital experiences across touchpoints.”

Phil Fersht, CEO and Founder of HFS Research, continued, “Sport and entertainment are becoming some of the most compelling proving grounds for real-world technological impact, and Tottenham are well placed to lead that charge. As a Spurs fan of many decades, I have watched this club build one of the most technologically ambitious stadiums on the planet. What this partnership with TCS represents is the next step: moving from world-class infrastructure to a genuinely connected ecosystem where digital innovation touches fan experience, operations, and performance intelligence in a coherent way. Come on, you Spurs.”

For TCS, the agreement adds another high-profile name to its expanding sports portfolio. The company has built a strong reputation in the sector through partnerships with major sporting properties and events, using technology to improve customer experiences and drive innovation.

The partnership is part of a broader shift in sport, where technology partnerships are evolving beyond traditional sponsorship models into strategic collaborations that support revenue growth, fan engagement and operational transformation.

As clubs increasingly compete for the attention of global audiences, Tottenham’s alliance with TCS reflects a wider industry trend: investing in technology not only to modernise infrastructure but also to build deeper, data-driven relationships with supporters worldwide.
