Southampton FC seals sponsorship deal with Sure

Southampton Football Club becomes the latest English club to sign a sponsorship deal with Sure. Unilever’s antiperspirant brand will become the official kit partner of Saints after signing this deal.

As per the terms of this deal, Sure will be printed on the training kits of the senior team and youth teams at Saints during the 2021/22 season. The antiperspirant brand will also get more exposure on LEDs at the Saint Marys stadium during Southampton’s home games across various competitions in the next two seasons.

Southampton announced the deal with Sure through a video commercial that features first-team players Jack Stephens, Nathan Redmond, and Che Addams.

Sure has previously worked with Saints for two seasons between 2016 and 2018. Considering the steady progress Southampton FC is making on the pitch, brands such as Sure will be lining up to partner with the club.

Earlier in October, Wolverhampton Rovers also signed a similar deal with Sure. They also partner with clubs under the City Football Group. Having such a wide range of clubs under their portfolio will help Sure to get the upper hand over their rivals.

Moreover, association with clubs playing in the most famous football league across the globe will also help Sure to reach a larger audience.
