India’s first snow marathon organisers have announced that they are being sponsored by Coros Watch (associate partner), Fortis Hospitals (medical partner) and Fast&Up (nutrition partner).

Fast&Up India is an idea born from a desire to provide a product that meets all of the nutritional needs of athletes. The firm’s main goal is to fuel the sport of Indian athletes.
The Snow Marathon Lahaul is India’s first of its kind. The marathon, which will take place near Sissu, Lahaul and Spiti, Himachal Pradesh, on March 26, 2022, will be India’s first snow marathon. While there are approximately ten such snow, ice, or winter marathons around the world, this is the first time a snow marathon has been conceptualised and is being organised for long-distance runners in India.
The organising committee is confident that the highly skilled and proven runners of the armed forces will be an ideal group of participants for the Snow Marathon Lahaul 2022.
The committee is also organising an optional onsite 6N7D training and acclimatisation camp for runners in Lahaul in which runners can sign up for Men: 42K, 21K, 10K, & 5K, Women: 42K, 21K, 10K, & 5K and Juniors: 21K, 10K, & 5K.
