Sheffield United signs new partnership deal with Bartercard UK

The deal will see Bartercard appear on the rear of the shorts of Sheffield United in the upcoming EFL Championship season.

EFL Championship side Sheffield United recently announced their partnership deal with the world’s largest trade exchange Bartercard UK.

The deal will see Bartercard appear on the rear of the shorts of Sheffield United in the upcoming EFL Championship season.

Sheffield United failed to retain a place for themselves in the Premier League ahead of the 2021/22 season as they finished 20th in the previous season, concluding only with 23 points in a total of 38 games. The season saw them getting relegated to the second tier of English football where they will go on and try to secure a place in the English top-flight once again.

Paul Reeves, Head of commercial operations at Sheffield United said, “Bartercard is a well-established brand and our growing business community will certainly be able to interact and benefit from this new partnership, with the way that the commercial world has developed digitally over the last 18 months, this is definitely a sector that we have been looking to get involved with and we are delighted to be working with Chris and his team”.

Bartercard has signed an initial one-year deal with an option to extend as always, the deal will see the trade exchange firm enhance its global outreach even further.

The deal will help increase the portfolio of Bartercard in the UK as well, with them already setting camps in Australia, New Zealand, Thailand and many more countries.

The EFL Championship is scheduled to start from August 7 which will see Sheffield United play their first game against Birmingham City on Sunday at 12:30 AM IST at Bramall Lane.
