The Ryder Cup 2025, golf’s most celebrated team competition, has made significant strides in its commercial build-up with two landmark announcements: FanCode has been confirmed as the exclusive broadcast partner in India, while performance technology company WHOOP has joined as the official health and fitness wearable partner.

For the first time, Indian audiences will have direct access to live and exclusive streaming of the Ryder Cup on FanCode. The biennial contest, scheduled for September 26–28, 2025, at Bethpage Black in New York, will once again pit the best golfers from the United States against their European rivals in a spectacle of skill, strategy, and national pride.

Through the agreement, Indian fans will be able to follow every shot via the FanCode app and website, complete with live coverage, highlights, and supplementary content.

Commenting on the deal, Yannick Colaco, Co-Founder of FanCode, said, “FanCode is committed to giving Indian fans access to the world’s most iconic sporting events, and the Ryder Cup is right at the top of that list. It’s more than golf—it’s a showcase of passion, rivalry, and national pride. We’re proud to be the home for golf in India and to bring this legendary contest to fans here like never before.”

Casey Morton, PGA of America’s Senior Director of Global Media, Production, and Wagering, added, “FanCode has been the home of golf in India, and this partnership is a natural reflection of that. All golf fans can look forward to catching the best players in action at this year’s edition of the Ryder Cup.”

Alongside its media expansion, the Ryder Cup has also announced a partnership with WHOOP, the human performance company known for its wearable fitness technology. WHOOP will integrate its real-time physiological data into tournament coverage, with “WHOOP Live” features delivering insights such as heart rate and strain metrics directly into NBC’s broadcast. The innovation will give fans an unprecedented look at how golfers manage the physical and psychological pressures of the competition.

Jeff Price, Chief Commercial Officer of the PGA of America, said, “The Ryder Cup continually delivers unmatched energy and drama on golf’s biggest stage, and WHOOP will now give spectators a front row seat to the science of elite performance. Together, we are bringing viewers closer to the intensity of golf’s greatest team event than ever before.”

With Bethpage Black preparing to welcome record crowds and broadcast coverage set to reach hundreds of millions worldwide, the 2025 edition is shaping up to be one of the most globally accessible and technologically advanced Ryder Cups in history.
