The Saudi-based real estate entity, ROSHN Group has announced a new agreement with LIV Golf to become a global Pillar Partner for 19 international tour stops in 2025 and 2026.
As the two organisations combine to modernise and accelerate the sport’s development with new audiences, ROSHN Group intends to collaborate closely with LIV Golf to encourage young access to golf and talent development. These activities will be implemented as part of Potential Unleashed, LIV Golf’s sustainability and community involvement program.
ROSHN Group and LIV Golf will develop the “Rising Stars” program, the first of its kind, to recruit and teach up to 20 talented Saudi golfers over six months with mentorship from LIV Golf players and professional coaches in partnership with Golf Saudi. The youngsters will attend 2025 LIV Golf competitions in the United Kingdom and the United States, while also training for professional-amateur events in the 2026 season.
Ghada Alrumayan, ROSHN Group’s Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, said, “At ROSHN Group, we recognize the role of sport in transforming society, inspiring generations and unlocking opportunity. This expanded global partnership builds on our successful collaboration with LIV Golf, which stretches back to 2022, and amplifies our shared commitment to youth educational development as we help to shape the future of golf. Our ‘Rising Stars’ program embodies the ambition of these talented Saudi youth who will be the champions of tomorrow.”
Jake Jones, LIV Golf’s Senior Vice President of Impact and Sustainability, said, “Our long standing collaboration with ROSHN Group gives us the ability to establish a sustained program of youth engagement through golf across our League’s events. Starting from LIV Golf Andalucia, this partnership will support our Potential, Unleashed junior golf development initiatives across the remainder of our 2025 season, and we look forward to seeing the impact both on the course, and across the globe.”
This collaboration builds on ROSHN Group’s sponsorship of the 2022 and 2023 LIV Golf Jeddah tournaments, as well as the inaugural LIV Golf Riyadh 2025, and demonstrates the company’s dedication to strengthening the sports industry, promoting innovative experiences, and supporting a rising presence in global sports.
The Group, which has sponsored athletic events such as the Formula 1 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, is presently the title sponsor of the country’s highest football league, the ROSHN Saudi League, and this year’s league champions, Al Ittihad FC. ROSHN Group is also building two stadiums to assist Saudi Arabia’s staging of the 2034 FIFA World Cup.
Furthermore, ROSHN Group’s YUHYEEK CSR initiative is partnering with LIV Golf’s Potential Unleashed to provide sports education and community programs to Saudi youngsters. Starting with LIV Golf Andalucía, fans can take advantage of ROSHN’s premium hospitality and immersive activations at the remaining five events in the 2025 season. LIV Golf’s global fan and youth engagement initiatives seek to develop the game and have a lasting influence both on and off the course.
LIV Golf has also named HSBC its official international banking partner. With over 20 years of golf sponsorship experience, HSBC will work with LIV Golf to grow the game globally, support junior pathways, and promote financial literacy in local communities.
