Chelsea FC Women, the reigning Barclays Women’s Super League champions, have announced a new multi-year partnership with REIGN Storm, a leading clean energy drink brand.
This collaboration sees REIGN Storm become the official energy drinks partner of the club.
As part of the partnership, Chelsea FC Women players will be involved in creating unique content to promote REIGN Storm’s products. The brand’s logo will also be prominently displayed pitch-side during home games.
Casper Stylsvig, Chelsea Football Club’s Chief Revenue Officer, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, “We are really pleased to welcome REIGN Storm as Chelsea Women’s Official Energy Drinks Partner. They have created an innovative energy drink which has shown its value in the US as a natural choice for new and existing energy drinkers, along with health-conscious individuals wanting to boost their active lifestyles with clean energy.
“Moreover, we really respect their brand values which are shared by our incredible women’s team, with a sense of community and accomplishment at the heart of REIGN Storm’s approach with their customers driven by healthy and active lifestyles and doing things differently.”
Ben Ashlin, VP Brands at Monster Energy Company, added, “We are enormously proud to be announcing this partnership between REIGN Storm and the elite Chelsea Women team. We are looking forward to activating our partnership and adding value to the players and fans of the club. For a brand that celebrates and supports an active lifestyle, we are delighted to be operating at the pinnacle of the sport with Chelsea.”
REIGN Storm, which launched in the UK this summer, offers a zero-sugar energy drink with plant-based caffeine. Available in three flavours, the drink is fortified with nine essential vitamins and minerals.
This partnership marks another significant milestone for Chelsea FC Women, who have also secured sponsorships with Three and Skoda for the new season. The team kicked off its 2024-25 campaign with a 1-0 victory over Aston Villa WFC and is poised for another successful season as it aims to defend its league title.
