The media services provider, Red Bee Media, has teamed up with Stats Perform, which is the provider of sports data and AI, to expand its metadata offering.

According to Red Bee, Stats Perform’s sports data serves as the foundation for predictive sports analysis in a variety of sports industries, including professional team performance, digital, media, broadcast, and legal sports betting.

Through this agreement, customers can access analytical and statistical sports data for live, linear, and on-demand content for EPGs, mobile apps, and other use cases.

Stats Perform’s LIVE analytical and statistical sports data consists of highlights, score alerts, and pictures from over 4,000 leagues and competitions from all around the world. All of this data is associated and tagged to sports content via Red Bee’s platform, which creates opportunities to deliver added value to fans all over the world.

Both the companies will help to distribute their offering to a change of businesses, including telcos, broadcasters, news organisations, websites, and app developers, with a wide range of use cases.
