The LaLiga club, Real Valladolid have announced a new sponsorship deal with sports fashion retailer, JD Sports. Following this association, the UK-based firm has been named as the club’s new sleeve sponsor for two years.
The company’s logo will be featured on the left sleeve of the Valladolid kit as part of the agreement. JD Sports will also be given in-stadium exposure.
This new association also happens to be JD Sports’ first sponsorship deal in Spanish football.
Earlier this month, the group partnered with Southampton as sleeve partner for the 2022-23 season and has also extended its association with Crystal Palace.
The arrangement adds to Valladolid’s sponsorship portfolio, which includes the Spanish beer company Estrella Galacia as the front-of-shirt sponsor.
On the field, Real Valladolid played their first match of the season against Villareal CF where the latter grabbed three points comfortably.
