Razer becomes exclusive peripherals sponsor for Rogue

This would be Rogue's first collaboration of the year.

Rogue, a European esports organization, has announced a partnership with Razer, an international technology firm based in the United States and Singapore that designs, manufactures, and distributes consumer electronics.

Razer would become the exclusive peripheral sponsor for Rogue’s LEC League of Legends squad, and its academy wing AGO Rogue, as part of the agreement. Headphones, keyboards, mice, and mouse pads will be provided by the equipment manufacturer to the competitors.

This would be Rogue’s first collaboration of the year; but, by the end of 2021, the esports firm had inked numerous partnerships. Regarding its Rocket League squad, Rogue reaffirmed its association with Kia Motors and partnered up with Guaranteed Rate, a North American loan provider.

Along with Razer, Rogue has partnerships with ReKT Global, the gaming chair manufacturer AutoFull, and the accessories manufacturer Republic of Gamers.

For Razer, the year 2022 has been a busy one in terms of esports. Guild Esports, Envy Gaming, Knicks Gaming, KRC Genk Esports, and a Female VALORANT tournament in Brazil have partnered up with the US firm.

Flo Gutierrez, Global Esports Director at Razer, stated, “We are very happy to welcome Rogue to Team Razer. Rogue has showcased incredible results in the LEC for some time and they will find themselves in good company with other elite Esports teams from around the world under the Razer banner.

“We are looking forward to even more epic plays and wins from them as they head into the Summer Split with the backing of Razer as their hardware partner.”

Rogue maintains professional squads in Rocket League and Rainbow Six Siege as well in addition to League of Legends.
