Rajasthan Royals have inked a partnership deal with the France-based INSEAD Business School to come up with an online programme on ‘Leadership and Performance’ led by INSEAD faculty.
The lessons on leadership will be delivered by the Director of Cricket of Rajasthan Royals, Kumar Sangakkara and captain Sanju Samson.
Using cricket, the Jaipur-based franchise cricket team has taken additional steps into the education and learning field. Conferring to the partnership, the faculty of INSEAD will bring the knowledge and talk about their experiences in the fast-paced digital world and its challenges.
Additionally, the INSEAD coaches will deliver one-on-one supervision to the protuberant leaders to summarize a customized Leadership Action Plan. There are limited seats available, and registrations will close on 10th November 2021.
