India’s badminton star Pusarla Venkata Sindhu or more popularly known as PV Sindhu has initiated a new endorsement. The popular Indian ice cream chain Naturals Ice Cream have teamed up with PV Sindhu in a paid partnership deal.
Naturals Ice Cream have tied up a collaboration with PV Sindhu having known her love for ice creams. So much is her love for ice cream and chocolates that PV Sindhu was invited over by Narendra Modi to have ice cream with him after she returned from the Tokyo Olympics.
Naturals Ice Cream have commenced a strategic partnership and have started the #TasteTheOriginal movement on Social Media. PV Sindhu posted a tagline on her official Instagram page which has more than five million followers – ‘All geared up for the big celebration with my favourite Naturals Ice Cream!’
PV Sindhu won the bronze medal at the Tokyo Olympics 2020 after defeating China’s He Bingjiao. She’s the only female Indian Olympian to win two individual medals. The paid partnership was confirmed by Baseline Ventures Pvt Ltd. (the company which manages P.V Sindhu).
“Great example of moment marketing. Sindhu’s love for Ice cream is well documented,” said Tuhin Mishra, the co-founder of Baseline Ventures.
