The EBG Foundation has announced that PV Sindhu has joined the company as brand ambassador, combining sports and social responsibility.
The association is a big step forward for the foundation’s efforts in child welfare, grassroots sports development, and women’s economic empowerment in India. With Sindhu’s universal prestige and the foundation’s strong grassroots presence, this cooperation seeks to strengthen structured community activities, provide access to opportunity, and encourage collaborative action on a large scale.
The EBG Foundation is actively delivering real impact across states via targeted, community-led projects that address crucial socioeconomic issues at the grassroots. With the addition of P. V. Sindhu, the foundation expands its national footprint and accelerates programs aimed at delivering long-term, sustainable change.
The association revolves around three core social activities. Sindhu’s Children for Life campaign argues for every child’s access to an education, healthcare, and a safe environment. The project has commenced implementation in Telangana, establishing the groundwork for established support mechanisms that ensure financial hardship never stands in the way of opportunity.
On her association, PV Sindhu said, “True success is meaningful only when it uplifts others. Partnering with EBG Foundation allows me to support causes that are deeply important to me, including children’s development, youth empowerment, and women’s progress. I believe real change begins when opportunity reaches those who need it most.”
The second campaign, called Champion, aims to uncover and develop grassroots athletic potential. By providing specialised coaching, quality equipment, and structured nutritional support, the programme bridges the gap between raw potential and competitive performance. The Foundation has already enabled programs in the state of Telangana, demonstrating its dedication to developing future leaders.
The third pillar builds on the momentum produced by the launch of Naari Shakti in December 2025, addressing structural impediments that impede women’s journeys to freedom. The program provides structured financial assistance of ₹1,500 per month to encourage vocational training and income-generation.
Dr Irfan Khan, CEO and Founder, EBG Group, said, “PV Sindhu represents discipline, resilience and excellence, values that align closely with our long-term vision. Our commitment is not only to grow in scale but to grow with responsibility. Through these initiatives, we are building sustainable ecosystems that empower children, nurture champions and enable women to lead with confidence and independence. Her association strengthens our focus on measurable social impact across the country.”
The association will be supported by three 40-second promo films starring PV Sindhu, each focusing on a central societal subject. Children of Life focuses on how hunger robs children of their focus and future, Champion emphasises the disparity between skill and opportunity in grassroots sports, and Naari Shakti discusses the barriers to females’ education and independence. Sindhu appears in each film as an awareness-raising voice, underscoring the foundation’s appeal for structured, long-term community assistance.
