Poolwerx becomes Brisbane Heat’s main partner for next two years

For the following two years, Poolwerx's logo will be featured on the front of the Brisbane Heat's playing and training outfits.

Brisbane Heat have announced a partnership extension with Poolwerx ahead of the 2024–25 Women’s Big Bash League (WBBL) and Big Bash League (BBL).

As part of the deal, Poolwerx, the biggest pool and spa care network in Australia and New Zealand, will now become Heat’s new major partner for the next two years. Previously, Poolwerx served as the official partner of the Heat and has since grown to become one of the unit’s most notable sponsors.

For the following two years, Poolwerx’s logo will be featured on the front of the Heat’s playing and training outfits in the WBBL and BBL. The brand will also receive prominent signage and activation rights at all Heat home games.

With more than 480 service vans and 140 retail locations throughout Australia and New Zealand, Poolwerx provides customers with a one-stop shop for pool care, equipment, chemicals, water testing and balancing, and commercial services.

Brisbane Heat, CEO Terry Svenson, said, “We’re thrilled to welcome Poolwerx as our new Major Partner. As a Queensland born organisation performing on the national and international stage and with a focus creating backyard memories, we see a great correlation to the Brisbane Heat and our purpose of Bringing Families Together. Partnering with Poolwerx means we are well placed to deliver an outstanding result for the game in Queensland. This level of investment in the Heat helps us grow cricket in the community at a grass roots level and support our volunteers. We are excited to work with Poolwerx to grow their brand and profile among our fanbase and followers for what promises to be a huge WBBL|10 and BBL|14.”

Poolwerx CEO Nic Brill, commented, “We’re proud to be elevating our commitment with the Brisbane Heat to bring families together this summer and make long-lasting backyard memories,” he said. As two iconic Queensland brands, we share many of the same values making this partnership a natural fit. We look forward to collaborating with the Heat to create engaging and memorable experiences for fans and franchise partners, both on and off the field.”

Poolwerx intends to continue to interact with Brisbane Heat fans and clients this summer with its ‘Classic Catch’ competition, which coincides precisely with unforgettable moments in the backyard pool throughout the season.
