The Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) franchise, UP Yoddhas, have announced two new partnerships for Season 12, securing brand tie-ups with playR as their official kit partner and Anthlete Nutritions as an official partner.
Unveiled through the team’s official social channels with the tagline “Passion in every thread, elegance in every color”, playR will design and supply the Yoddhas’ kits for the upcoming campaign. Known for its premium sportswear and merchandise, the brand gains visibility on one of India’s fastest-growing sporting platforms, while the team benefits from high-performance apparel built for elite competition.

Defensive stalwarts Sumit, Ashu Singh, and Iranian powerhouse Mohammadreza Kaboudrahangi anchor the backline, while raiding duties will be spearheaded by Surender Gill and auction recruit Guman Singh. The addition of South Korea’s Dong Geon Lee further strengthens the attack. Under the guidance of head coach Jasveer Singh, the team will open their campaign on 30 August 2025 against Telugu Titans in Visakhapatnam.
