Haryana Steelers, a franchise in the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL), have confirmed the renewal of their partnership with JSW Cement.
India’s leading cement manufacturers will continue to serve as the team’s principal sponsor for the upcoming Season 11.
This marks a continuation of the successful collaboration that has contributed to the team’s growth and competitive achievements on the kabaddi mat.
As part of the agreement, the JSW Cement logo will be prominently displayed on the front of the Steelers’ playing kits, symbolising the strong relationship between the two organisations.
JSW Cement, one of India’s leading cement manufacturers, has been a key supporter of the franchise, helping the team build a formidable squad, access top-tier training facilities, and foster fan engagement across the country.
The Haryana-based kabaddi team, known for its consistent performance and loyal fan base, made strategic moves during the 2024 PKL Auction, notably securing Iranian all-rounder, Mohammedreza Shadloui Chiyaneh, one of the most sought-after players in the league. With this acquisition, the team has strengthened its position as a top contender for the upcoming season.
In addition to the renewed sponsorship, the unit recently announced a strategic partnership with HDB Financial Services Limited (HDBFS), further boosting its financial and operational support.
Haryana Steelers are set to begin their 2024-25 PKL campaign on October 19, facing off against the reigning champions, Puneri Paltan, in what promises to be an exciting season opener at 9:00 PM IST.
