PGA Tour secures association with Qualtrics

The collaboration aims to help the tour develop strong connections with fans, players, and sponsors.

The PGA Tour has announced a new partnership with Qualtrics as the official experience insights provider of both the PGA Tour and PGA Tour Champions.

In order to provide a seamless experience throughout ticketing, concessions, and special events, the contest will now use Qualtrics’ experience management system to evaluate fan, player, and partner input all over various networks and behave on real-time perspectives.

Besides that, the collaboration aims to help the tour develop strong connections with fans, players, and sponsors, as well as detect possibilities for involving new fans around the world.

PGA Tour Vice President Fan Engagement, Travis Trembath, said, “We are excited to welcome Qualtrics to the PGA Tour and look forward to using their industry-leading XM platform to understand fan insights.

“Our fans are at the heart of what we do at the Tour and Qualtrics will allow us to communicate and engage with them in a more meaningful and relevant way. We look forward to working with Qualtrics to enhance the PGA Tour experience for fans as well as other key stakeholders.”

The company has stated that its Qualtrics XM platform, which includes Qualtrics Social Connect and Qualtrics Customer and Employee XM products, offers real-time fan information and insight across the championship experience through the use of surveys, social media, online reviews, and QR codes, among other things.

These stadium experience perspectives will be used by the tour to maximise each touchpoint of the championships journey from ticketing and transportation to food and beverage and the on-course knowledge.
