PepsiCo lands deal with PGA and Ryder Cup

PepsiCo has extended its long-term sponsorship deal with Professional Golfer’s Association (PGA). It has also expanded its reach into Ryder Cup by signing a deal to become the Official worldwide supplier.

The new deal with Ryder Cup will run until the end of 2025. PepsiCo will continue as the Official Soft Drink, Official Iced Tea,Official Sports Drink, and Official Bottled Water of the PGA, PGA Championship, KPMG Women’s PGA Championship, and KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship.

As per the new deal with Ryder Cup, along with the worldwide supplier, PepsiCo will also be serving beverages such as Pepsi, Gatorade, and Lipton Iced Teas under the categories Official Soft Drink, Official Sports Drink, and Official Iced Tea. The company’s Aquafina brand becomes the Official Bottled Water of the Ryder Cup in the United States.

The new deal between PepsiCo and PGA marks 30 years of association between them. PepsiCo is one of the longest-standing partners of PGA and would like to continue the association to touch new heights.

Separately, the PGA and Ryder Cup Europe signed another worldwide supplier agreement this week with Toro, an outdoor environment brand. Toro has been named the Official Turf Maintenance Equipment and Irrigation provider for the Ryder Cup through 2029.
