In a defining moment for India’s fast-evolving sports and entertainment landscape, Pavna Sports Ventures (PSV) and Kri Entertainment (KE) have announced a strategic merger to form Pavna Sports & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. (PSE), an integrated platform spanning sports, live entertainment, talent management, and experiential events.
The new entity also unites On Stage Talents (OST) and Weddings by IQ (IQW), bringing together four specialized companies under one banner. Together, they aim to build what the founders describe as India’s first fully integrated ecosystem for sports, entertainment, and lifestyle experiences.
Headquartered in Mumbai, PSE will operate across multiple verticals, combining sports infrastructure and league ownership with entertainment IPs, celebrity management, and large-format live events. The company plans to expand its footprint across India and the Middle East in the coming years.
