PadelPark India, India’s ecosystem and market leader for the sport of padel, has invested in Hexagon Cup Holdings, the firm that owns and runs the Hexagon Cup and is guiding its expansion into the Hexagon World Series.

This series is an elite competition that features the globe’s greatest players in a unique team-based structure. This investment is PadelPark India’s formal entry into the worldwide professional padel ecosystem, establishing the firm as a global stakeholder contributing to the sport’s growth and strategic direction on a global scale.

This move marks a watershed moment for PadelPark India, transitioning from a local ecosystem builder to an active participant in the global competitive architecture of padel. By investing at the holding-company level, PadelPark India obtains the potential to make a substantial contribution as the sport enters a new era of professionalisation, scalability, and global alignment, cementing India’s position in global padel debates.

Through its next phase, its parent firm will broaden the format into the Hexagon World Series, which will include a new mixed-gender team tournament. The series will include many tournaments each year in renowned worldwide cities, with equal prize money.

This breakthrough is timely for India, as padel is gaining popularity. Rising participation, expanded infrastructure, and more private investment have all contributed to the sport’s rapid rise in large cities. PadelPark India’s international participation reinforces the company’s long-term goal of establishing real links between India and the rest of the world of padel, paving the door for future collaboration, talent mobility, and commercial integration as the sport grows internationally.

Nikhil Sachdev, Co-Founder, PadelPark India, said, “For us, this is a strategic commitment to the future of padel. Being involved at the holding-company level allows us to contribute meaningfully as the sport evolves globally. The Hexagon World Series represents a new chapter for professional padel, and we see this as an important step in connecting India’s rapidly growing padel ecosystem with the global competitive pyramid.”

As padel gains popularity throughout the world, PadelPark India’s global engagement demonstrates its desire to play a defining role in developing the sport’s next phase, ensuring that India is not just a part of the development narrative, but also actively shaping it.
