OneFootball inks a streaming agreement with Liga MX

In this deal, the football streaming platform will cover regions where OneFootball currently operates, including France, Germany, Italy, along with Latin America, Africa, Asia and the UK.

OneFootball has signed up with Liga MX to stream live games and highlights from the elite Mexican football tournament after finalising an agreement with the league’s international sales partner, Mediapro.

In this lucrative agreement, the football media platform will provide coverage of the summer Apertura 2021 tournament and the winter Clausura 2022 competition, featuring the league’s 18 teams.

In this deal, the football streaming platform will cover regions where OneFootball currently operates, including France, Germany, Italy, along with Latin America, Africa, Asia and the UK.

Apart from the Liga MX deal, OneFootball has several latest broadcasting agreements where they have to air the German top-flight Bundesliga in Latin America and Brazil, the Japanese J.League in Italy, and the Scottish Professional Football League (SPFL) in various international markets.

OneFootball also has the rights to the Ligue 1 in Brazil, the elite French tournament is also the first professional football league to initiate an editorial collaboration with OneFootball.

Earlier in March, Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) became the first national federation to ink a deal with OneFootball.
