OneFootball bags media rights for Argentinian football league

During the 2022 and 2023 seasons, up to five live matches every fixture round will be made accessible to users for €1.99 (US$2.10) per match.

OneFootball has signed a new partnership with the Argentina Football Distribution (AFD) to expand the distribution of its live match broadcasts.

As per the deal, OneFootball users will be able to stream all matches of Binance Torneo de la Liga Profesional de Fútbol in 130 countries via the AFA Play over-the-top (OTT) streaming platform.

During the 2022 and 2023 seasons, up to five live matches, every fixture round will be made accessible to users for €1.99 (US$2.10) per match. The organization will also provide the match highlights and news coverage on its app which will be free of cost.

OneFootball recently announced a long-term global collaboration with the Argentine Football Association (AFA) to publish the league’s original content on its website and app.

Ignacio Galarza, President at AFD commented, “AFD’s goal is to boost the international distribution of the Liga Profesional de Fútbol de Argentina all around the world.

“We are thrilled to team-up with an innovative company like OneFootball, because this agreement is a significant step to reach new territories and younger audiences that are core demographics of OneFootball subscribers: Gen Y and Gen Z.”
