NorthEast United FC announce IndianOil as official partner

NorthEast United FC will be next seen in action on Thursday, October 20 against East Bengal FC.

NorthEast United FC, the Indian Super League (ISL) club, have gotten involved in a sponsorship alignment with the Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL).

In this association, the renowned petroleum refineries company has been named the official partner by the team for the season.

The club did the announcement of this agreement through its social media handles with the caption, “An efficient partnership in the making 🤝

Glad to welcome Indian Oil as our 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 for the season! 🙌”

IOCL is a central public sector entity helmed by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India.

The Guwahati-based football club primarily competes in the Indian top-flight football and was founded on April 23, 2014. Ahead of the commencement of the ongoing season, NorthEast United FC also signed a partnership with India’s leading fantasy sports platform, Dream11.

The club is off to a rocky start in ISL 2022/23 as it played two fixtures so far and lost both of them. The team has acquired the last spot at the moment and will be next seen in action on Thursday, October 20 against East Bengal FC at 7:30 PM IST.
