NODWIN Gaming unveils Trinity Gaming acquisition

Trinity's 100% share capital acquisition will consist of a secondary sale and stock swap of NODWIN Gaming shares.

Nazara Technologies‘ subsidiary, NODWIN Gaming has unveiled the acquisition of a gaming agency and platform MCN/CSP, Trinity Gaming.

The newly announced deal is valued at INR 24 crore, making Trinity Gaming NODWIN Gaming a fully-owned subsidiary. Trinity’s 100% share capital acquisition will consist of a secondary sale and stock swap of NODWIN Gaming shares worth up to INR 24 crore. A total of INR 4.8 crore will be payable partly by Cash consideration, and the rest of INR 19.2 crore will be a swap of NODWIN Gaming’s equity shares.

Trinity Gaming was founded by entrepreneurs Abhishek Aggarwal and Shivam Rao in 2019. The Indian gaming agency is a Creator Service Provider (CSP) for Meta and the solo Gaming MCN (Multi-channel Network) for YouTube in gaming in India. Trinity Gaming has associations with Krafton, iQOO, and Realme and manages over 1000 creators.

The development will enable NODWIN Gaming to enhance Trinity’s portfolio in emerging markets such as SE Asia, Africa, Central Asia and the Middle East.

Trinity’s expertise in content creation, digital marketing, and agency activations makes it a valuable addition to NODWIN Gaming’s portfolio, enhancing its ability to forge impactful partnerships with gaming creators and brands.
