Neuberg Diagnostics sign MS Dhoni as its brand ambassador

The company is planning to set up more than 200 labs and 3000 collection centres across the world.

Former Indian cricketer and world cup winning captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has been roped in as the brand ambassador by the diagnostics laboratory chain Neuberg Diagnostics. The Chennai Super Kings skipper will work with the diagnostics laboratory chain in promoting wellness campaigns and empowering citizens with better and affordable healthcare.

The former international cricketer, said, “The leaders at Neuberg are committed to providing affordable healthcare across India, and that really struck me. It is a promising brand, and it’s a pleasure to be associated with the team and their various programs aimed at providing access to quality and affordable healthcare. Amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, they have taken up the campaign to raise awareness about health and wellness across age groups. I personally feel that these efforts are important and deserve to be advocated.”

Group chief operating officer of Neuberg Diagnostics, Aishwarya Vasudevan, said, “Our next milestone is to spread the message of getting Proactive with health rather than Reactive. In line with this, we have curated our awareness campaign on health and wellness. To catapult the reach of this campaign, we could not have found a better-suited role model than MS Dhoni.

The company is planning to set up more than 200 labs and 3000 collection centres across the world. With getting Dhoni on board, the brand is expected to tap newer markets across India as well.

The brand is on its way to release its first campaign featuring the 40-year-old cricketer across media platforms, which includes television, outdoor, digital and print.

Dhoni retired from international cricket on August 15, 2020, he was last seen donning the Indian jersey in the 2019 World Cup semi-final against New Zealand. The Ranchi cricketer will be seen in action in the second phase of the Indian Premier League where he will be captaining the three-time IPL winners CSK.
