NODWIN Gaming, a pioneer in new-age youth entertainment, gaming, and esports, has announced that its parent organisation, Nazara Technologies Limited, has authorised an INR 64 crore investment in NODWIN Gaming.
NODWIN Gaming’s board has authorised plans to launch a private funding round to help the company achieve its goal of being the leading new-age young media, gaming, and esports organisation in growing countries. As the first investor to endorse this transaction, the NAZARA and NODWIN boards have both approved the convertible preferred shares.
The funds received in this round will primarily be used to drive NODWIN Gaming’s continued expansion momentum, with a focus on improving capabilities, expanding its portfolio of intellectual property (IP), and boosting its position in new regions.
NODWIN Gaming has grown both organically and inorganically through acquisitions. Revenue increased by 91% quarter on quarter and 111% year on year in the recently published Q2 FY24 numbers. NODWIN has announced plans to invest in and expand Comicon India, as well as acquire Trinity Gaming.

NODWIN has recently expanded its portfolio through strategic acquisitions, such as the German esports and gaming marketing agency Freaks 4U Gaming, the events company Comic Con, the West Asia and Turkey-focused marketing firm Publishme, the Singapore-based live events firm Branded, and the Turkish esports and gaming company Ninja Global.
Before this investment, Gurgaon-based firm had a valuation of $410 million USD (INR 3,441 crore) in November 2024. In addition to Nazara, NODWIN Gaming’s existing stockholders include Krafton, JetSynthesys, and Sony Group.
