The team is also known for its innovative and creative ideas to connect with the fans and make them a part of their family. Few days before, MI launched a new membership program exclusively for the fans which can be purchased from their website.

And now, MI declared that they’re available on Whatsapp, where people can connect with the franchise by just sending ‘Hi’ to Whatsapp no. 7977012345. The latest feature has been named ‘MI Buddy’ through which, the MI fans can get all the updates and insights of their favourite players.

It is very interesting to see how different teams are finding ways to interact and engage fans. On the similar lines, CSK is all set to launch a fan engagement in partnership with FanPlay IoT.
