The Indian Premier League (IPL) team, Mumbai Indians (MI) have announced sponsorship agreements with two new brands for the upcoming IPL season. Jio and Astral Pipes are the companies that the franchise has partnered with.
In this deal, both brands will serve as associate partners for the 16th edition of the cash-rich league.
Jio, a Reliance Industries subsidiary, was formed in Ahmedabad in 2007 and is currently based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. One of the most latest changes for the business is that Jio has begun offering 5G services throughout 50 Indian cities. Jio has a wealth of expertise working with IPL teams as it had sponsorship agreements with all 10 teams in the previous season.
On the other hand, Astral Pipes specialises in producing the highest-quality plumbing and drainage systems for both residential and commercial applications, as well as CPVC piping systems for industrial uses, column and pressure piping systems for agricultural applications, and conduit pipes for both residential and commercial uses.
Astral Pipes seeks to become a genuinely global, high-performing organisation that provides its clients with high-quality goods and services as well as a leading position in the markets they serve.
Recently, MI joined forces with Usha International, DHL, IDFC FIRST Bank, and EUME. The Rohit Sharma-led team will commence its IPL 2023 season against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on April 2 at 7:30 PM IST.
