Mumbai Indians seal a partnership deal with Social

Social, the all-day cafe & bar chain, has partnered with Mumbai Indians to offer fans a special edition Match Starter Kit, exclusive menu, and engagement-based activities for fans to participate.

The Match Starter Kit comprises two combos namely the Hitman Combo and the Pandya Brothers Combo. The Hitman Combo includes a starter and a beverage, while the Pandya Brothers Combo includes a main dish and a beverage.

Other than the starter kit on offer, there is also an exclusive menu of SOCIAL X MI D.I.Try Kit, which is SOCIAL’s fresh take on pre-prepped meal kits that enables the consumer to cook up some of its signature dishes in the comfort and safety of their own home.

Fans can order these kits directly from select outposts of SOCIAL across India using its own tech-enabled delivery platform.

In terms of fan engagement activities, Social have also created a super fun customized MI Instagram filter. All the customers who purchase the MI Starter Kit will receive a QR code that will help them to use the customized Instagram filter. Customers can then participate in a fun contest using the filter on their Instagram story, tagging both Mumbai Indians and Social. The winner of the contest will get Mumbai Indians merchandise or loyalty memberships.

A spokesperson from Mumbai Indians said, “This season, we have designed some interesting concepts for our Paltan to make them feel part of our campaign as One Family. We know that they will be cheering us on responsibly from their homes, and we are ensuring that they stay connected with us virtually throughout.”

He further added, “Our association with SOCIAL is another such attempt to bring the fans together amidst the flavor of our campaign and win exciting prizes while enjoying our Match Day programmes.”
