The most successful team of the Indian Premier League (IPL), Mumbai Indians (MI) have signed an extension with the Indian insurance entity, ACKO.
Following the extension, ACKO will continue to be the official insurance partner of MI for the upcoming IPL 2023.
The Mumbai-based outfit announced its extension through its social media platforms.
ACKO General Insurance is a private-sector general insurance company that was founded in November 2016. The company follows an online-led model and hence all operations of the company are offered through digital platforms. The company provides insurance of all kinds, that includes car, bike, health, and travel.
Earlier, the five-time champions also added companies such as Dream11, USHA International, DHL, IDFC FIRST Bank, EUME, Jio, Astral Pipes, and JioCinema to their sponsorship portfolio.
The Rohit Sharma-led team will start its season against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) at the M.Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on April 2.
