Mumbai City FC ropes in Dafanews as Principal Sponsor

Online sports news portal DafaNews have signed a partnership deal with Mumbai City FC. This deal will make DafaNews Principal Partner of the ISL club for the 2020-21 season. The partnership was brokered by City Football Group as part of its consultancy services to the Club.

The deal will see the DafaNews logo feature on the Mumbai City First Team shirts during the tournament. The brand will also gain matchday visibility and will also have its presence at the Islanders’ training facility.

Apart from featuring on the kit, DafaNews will be integrated into the Club’s digital content during the 2020-21 season. Fans will have an opportunity to follow news and updates around Mumbai City FC on DafaNews channels. It will also have exclusive rights for using the club’s logo, player images, and other Intellectual properties of the club for promotional purposes.

This is not the first time DafaNews is collaborating with an ISL club. They had signed a partnership contract with both Bengaluru FC and Chennaiyin FC during the 2019/20 campaign.

Mumbai City FC has also signed a strategic long-term partnership with a global with Puma. The Mumbai based team will wear kits manufactured by Puma during the tenure of this deal.  This deal will see the organization working together towards grassroots development in the city.
