Mahendra Singh Dhoni-backed beer brand Copter7 is set to be launched in Chennai. The brand is inspired by the former captain’s signature helicopter shot and jersey number 7. The firm, known as 7Ink Brews released Copter7, a line of beers and gourmet chocolates.
The stunning packaging and labelling, inspired by the cricketer’s numerous jerseys and colours, is another notable aspect. Dhoni is also the brand ambassador and investor in the start-up 7Ink Brews, which produces both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
“When you believe so strongly in the vision of a company, it makes the association that much more meaningful. I am truly elated to be a shareholder and brand ambassador for a company like 7Ink Brews,” stated MSD in the press release of the company during its time of launch.
Copter7 is currently available at restaurants, pubs, and retail stores in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Goa, Punjab, and Jharkhand as ‘lager’ and other strong variations.
Ahead of the commencement of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022, Dhoni handed over the captaincy to Ravindra Jadeja. Chennai Super Kings (CSK) have been struggling in the ongoing season so far. Today i.e. April 12, the defending champions will take on Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) at 7:30 PM IST.
