McLaren Racing locks in sponsors for 2025 season

The renewed collaborations demonstrate the continued strength of the McLaren brand and its ability to attract and retain high-profile partners.

Fresh off their 2024 Formula 1 Constructors’ Championship, McLaren Racing has announced the renewal of partnerships with five key sponsors for the 2025 season. This move has solidified the team’s commitment to innovation and performance, both on the track and behind the scenes.

The renewed collaborations with Alteryx, Medallia, Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Stanley Black & Decker demonstrate the continued strength of the McLaren brand and its ability to attract and retain high-profile partners. These strategic alliances will provide the Papaya Army with essential resources and cutting-edge technologies across various aspects of its operations.

Alteryx will continue to empower McLaren with its enterprise data analytics and automation software. Analyzing the vast amounts of data generated by the car, factory, and garage is critical in modern motorsport, and Alteryx’s expertise will be invaluable in optimizing performance and strategic decision-making.

Medallia remains McLaren’s official feedback partner, providing the tools to capture and analyze feedback from fans and team members. This partnership highlights McLaren’s focus on enhancing both the fan experience and the internal team environment.

Salesforce will extend its role as the official CRM platform, providing McLaren with its AI-powered suite of tools. These tools will be instrumental in driving innovation across business operations, deepening fan engagement, and expanding McLaren’s global reach.

Smartsheet will continue to support McLaren’s digital programs as an official technology partner. Its expertise in smarter asset management will be invaluable in optimizing fan engagement and streamlining race operations.

Through its DEWALT brand, Stanley Black & Decker will remain the official tools and storage partner, equipping the team with high-performance tools essential for both trackside operations and the continuous technological advancements that drive the sport.

Matt Dennington, Co-Chief Commercial Officer at McLaren Racing, expressed his enthusiasm about the renewals, stating, “It is fantastic to extend so many of our partnerships as we look to build on last year’s momentum and success.

“Our partnerships with these industry-leading brands across both the technology and commercial sectors are critical in ensuring we continue to innovate and push boundaries across all areas of our business.”

This announcement follows McLaren’s recent multi-year partnership with Okta, a leading independent identity partner. The team secured its ninth F1 Constructors’ Championship last season. The 2025 season kicks off with pre-season testing in Sakhir, Bahrain, on February 26, followed by the Australian Grand Prix on March 16.

These multi-year agreements signal a strong vote of confidence in McLaren’s future and its continued presence at the pinnacle of motorsport. These collaborations will undoubtedly play a crucial role in the team’s ongoing pursuit of success in the highly competitive world of F1.
