The Legends League Cricket (LLC) team, Manipal Tigers, has joined forces with the online sports news website, DafaNews.
In this association, DafaNews has been roped in as the team’s principal sponsor.
The announcement of the collaboration was done by the team through its social media handles, with the caption, “Manipal Tigers is proud to announce DAFA NEWS as our Principal Sponsor for the #LLCT20. @dafanewsindia @llct20

The team, Manipal Tigers, is owned by Manipal Education and Medical Group (MEMG). The legendary Indian off-spinner, Harbhajan Singh, has been appointed as the captain of the team. The likes of Brett Lee, Muthiah Muralidaran, Mohammad Kaif, and Corey Anderson are also present in the team.
The team will kick off its LLC 2022 campaign on Sunday, September 18, against Bhilwara Kings in Lucknow at 7:30 PM IST.
The highly anticipated season of LLC commenced with the special match on Friday, September 16 with India Maharajas defeating World Giants by six wickets.
The final will be played on October 5. Lucknow, New Delhi, Kolkata, Cuttack and Jodhpur are the five venues out of six in the competition. The venue for the playoffs is yet to be revealed.
