Mahindra Racing launches a new ad campaign

The film attempts to take us down memory lane and rekindles our passion for racing.

The prominent Indian-origin racing franchise, Mahindra Racing, has collaborated with BBH India and creative director Aakash Bhatia to launch an exclusive campaign. This campaign was unveiled to commence the brand’s conquest for the title, as the only Indian automotive company, before the beginning of the eighth season of the Formula E World Championship.

Through this advertisement, Mahindra takes us through our childhood wherein we created unique ways just for the sake of racing. Whether it is sliding toy cars on the floor or rolling a tire with sticks for far distances, making paper ships to have them float on water or official boat races in Kerala, the film attempts to take us down memory lane to rekindle our passion for racing. In addition to this, the advertisement also connected the sport, racing, with the competitive race and struggles that we face in our daily lives with the hashtag #IndiaLovesAGoodRace.

A company statement said, “Racing is an intrinsic part of our lives. Whether it’s about racing to achieving our life objectives or catching the next local, India loves a good race. Competitiveness is the spirit everyone should have to succeed. It also acts as a great motivation.”

Honourable industrialist and founder of Mahindra warmly revealed this campaign on his social media handles with a caption that said, “From kids sprinting to win at a school’s Sports Day to MahindraRacing representing India on the global stage of the FIAFormulaE, racing has been at the heart of India. It’s time to cheer for Team India. Are you ready? “

With this exciting start, Mahindra Racing aims to get the support of all Indian racing enthusiasts for its representation in the championship. The eighth edition of the FIA ABB Formula E World Championship has begun on January 28, 2022, in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia. Fans can catch the live action on Star Select and Hotstar.
