Lucknow Super Giants team up with GIGABYTE Technology and AORUS for IPL 2022

The Lucknow-based team announced this association through its social media handles.

The new Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise, Lucknow Super Giants have partnered with the computer hardware firm, GIGABYTE Technology and its gaming brand, AORUS. Through this partnership, both the brands will feature on the team’s headgear for the 15th season of the prominent Indian T20 cricket competition.

The Lucknow-based team announced this association through its social media handles. They welcomed the brands on board with a feature post that said, “We are delighted to announce our partnership with AORUS and GIGABYTE Technology for IPL 2022. AORUS and the parent brand GIGABYTE will be visible on the team’s head gear.”

GIGABYTE Technology is a Taiwanese manufacturer and distributor of computer hardware. The technology giant is the parent company of AORUS that delivers a full range of gaming accessories such as motherboards, laptops etc.

Raghu Iyer, the CEO of Lucknow Super Giants, commented on this association and said, “We are delighted to be partnering with a global enterprise like GIGABYTE. We are sure this relationship will be mutually beneficial for both companies. We aim to make our partnership a powerful enabler and medium for their brands to communicate with their customers. On this grand partnership, Sashank Bhandaru, the Marketing Manager at GIGABYTE Technology, said, “Lucknow Super Giants is a team that shares many of our core values. Lucknow Super Giants along with Gujarat Titans are the two latest entries in the IPL that will compete from the 2022 season. The Lucknow team was acquired by the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group for a whopping INR 7090 crore and have got KL RahulMarcus Stoinis and Ravi Bishnoi on board. The franchise has also signed a lucrative sponsorship deal with the fantasy gaming platform, My11Circle
