The Spanish professional team, Levante UD have announced a new contract extension with their kit supplier, Macron.
The renewal of the association builds on a relationship that started in 2016 when Macron replaced the German sportswear giant, Nike as the club’s kit supplier.
The previous agreement was till the end of the 2021-22 season.
In the 2022-23 season, the firm’s existence will stretch across Europe’s top five leagues, with the newly-promoted AFC Bournemouth and Nottingham Forest giving the brand an appearance back in the English Premier League after an absence in 2021-22.
This new development secured one of Levante’s key sponsorship roles for the upcoming season. Gedesco, a local finance company, was signed up as a front-of-shirt sponsor in August of last year, and it is unclear whether the company will renew for the next season.
After being relegated from the top flight, Levante UD will participate in the second-tier LaLiga next season.
